Can I get a same-day inspection quote?
Yes. If you submit your request with complete product and factory details before noon HKT, we can usually provide a quote the same day. For standard requests, quotes are delivered within 24 hours.
What information do I need to provide for a quote?
To provide an accurate quote, we need: the type of inspection or audit required, product details (type, quantity, specifications), factory name and address, your preferred inspection date, and any specific standards or requirements your products must meet.
Do you offer rush inspection services?
Yes, we offer rush inspections that can be arranged within 24 hours in most major manufacturing regions. Rush services are subject to inspector availability and may carry a surcharge. Contact us directly for urgent scheduling.
What are your business hours?
Our head office in Calgary operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Mountain Time. Weekend support is available for urgent inspection matters. Our teams across Asia, Europe, and the Americas operate within their local business hours, so an inspection booked overnight in North America is already being scheduled in the factory's own time zone.
