One inspection refers to one man-day at the factory. It includes the inspector's time on-site, travel within the local area, a detailed same-day report with photographs, and full access to your online dashboard. Up to 10 checkpoints are tested per inspection using Tetra Inspection's default report format.

Yes. You can combine inspections across several countries within the same plan. For example, use 3 inspections in China, 3 in Bangladesh, and 4 in Pakistan — all from the same monthly or annual subscription.

You can purchase multiple packs to satisfy your inspection volumes. For example, if you need 20 inspections per month, simply purchase two Monthly or Annual packs. Contact your account manager for volume-based custom arrangements.

Monthly or yearly credits cannot be carried over to the next term. We recommend choosing a plan that matches your expected inspection volume. If your needs fluctuate, the Standard pay-as-you-go plan offers full flexibility with no commitment.

Inspections ($240 in Asia & Africa) cover product quality checks such as Pre-Shipment, During Production, and Container Loading inspections. Audits ($440 in Asia & Africa) are more comprehensive assessments including Factory Audits, Supplier Verification Audits, and Social Compliance Audits. Both include same-day reports and a dedicated account manager.

The prices listed are all-inclusive — covering the inspector's time, travel, report, and platform access. The only exception is a 5% surcharge applied to clients who choose to pay after the service is completed. No other discounts can be combined with subscription plans.
