1. Initial production control

What is an initial production control (IPC) during product inspection?

An initial production inspection is a product inspection performed on-site before the start of manufacture, or at the start of the process (up to 20% of finished products). It is also a preliminary inspection of all machines and materials to be used for your production; an IPC is the first step in a process to ensure the quality of your products throughout the production cycle. An IPC is an early warning system that puts your order on the right track.

2. During Production Check

During production, check to identify and resolves any problems during the production cycle.

What is a during production check (DUPRO) During product inspection process?

During production check inspection is a type of product inspection done when 20 to 80% of your production is completed and packaged and ready for shipment. This inspection, which randomly selects units from your different production batches, informs you if the plant in question continues to adhere or not to the agreed specifications and deadlines at the origin of your order. This ‘DUPRO’ test keeps your production on track.

3. Pre-shipment Inspection

When at least 80% of your production is completed, a PSI is to inspect finished products that are randomly sampled. 4. Container Loading Control

This is the final step in the inspection quality control process. Check the last details of your production in quantity and quality and check the security of the loading in the container before shipping and payment.

What is a Container Load Control (CLC)?

The CLC is done once production is complete and the goods are loaded for shipment. During a container loading inspection, the inspector randomly selects cartons and verifies that each one contains the quantity of product ordered, that the quality of the products corresponds to the specifications or the sample provided and that the packaging contains the barcodes, labels, and that the material used is the correct one. The process and conditions of container loading are strictly monitored to ensure that all paid products are properly loaded to support the journey. A CLC reduces the risk of damage during shipping.

5. Production monitoring

At risky orders, an inspector checks your production daily to identify and fix problems in real-time.
